- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes standard server data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and secure the site. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
- Embedded content. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and photos from Unsplash. Those services may receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.

How information is shared
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to Duke by email. If you choose to move forward with a loan or a career conversation, your information may be shared with the mortgage company Duke works with, and with service providers who help process a loan, as needed to serve you and as required by law.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this site doesn't use cross-site tracking, it doesn't respond differently to that signal.
Retention and security
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Children
